It’s that personal reset you been looking for.

I was trying to get back on my feet after having a rough go and i have no idea how to even start. So did this:

I picked 3 things that I wanted to get back on track or get into. I promised myself that i would do it for 7 days. Once I got to 7 days, I revalued my what I was doing and decided if I could and want to continue for another 7 days. I repeated that for another 7 days. After that I asked myself if I could/want to it for 7 weeks, and repeated that 2 more times. Yes, you’ve guessed it when the 7 week x 3 was done I asked myself if I could and want to continue for 7 months and so on.

I found that this way, say I tried drinking lemon water in the morning for 7 days for example, I was able to judge if I wanted/could continue to do so and commit for 7 weeks. and follow by 7 months. At the end it’s part of your life:) It works and it’s step by steps which I believe in that process.

This works, it’s simple
