what’s on your mind matters.
You often hear that you attract what you think of or something like that. So the state of mind we are in is very important. I often have clients who are dealing with anxiety and so do I once in awhile. I, personally, turn to physical activities, meditation or essential oils. There is many different way to handle our lows. Being aware of our mental state is important, yes but it also important feel the feelings!
